In the Legal data section, you enter the organization’s details and collect the school’s legal documents: the offer, the privacy policy, consents and others. The platform shows them to visitors by itself — in the website footer, on the login page, at registration and at payment. The section is in My school → Legal data. To open it, you need the School organization management permission.
All documents from this section are publicly accessible. Don’t upload internal or confidential files here.

Company details

The Company details block has two required fields:
  • Organization name — the seller’s legal name;
  • Organization’s TIN.
The fields are saved automatically after you type. The details appear in the website footer in a line like “© Organization name 2026 • TIN 1234567890” with the current year. If the organization name is empty, the school name is shown instead.

How to add a document

1

Open the form

Click Add document to the right of the Legal documents heading.
2

Choose the type

In the Document type field, choose a suitable option. Public offer is selected by default. All types are described in Legal document types.
3

Enter the title

Fill in the Document title. Students see exactly this text in the link to the document.
4

Choose where to show the document

The Show at registration switch is on by default. If it is on, choose the Agreement level. Learn more in the section below.
5

Attach a file or a link

Switch Link / Upload. In the Link mode, paste the document address into the Link to the file field. In the Upload mode, upload the document file.
6

Save

Click Save. The button is active when the title and the link or file are filled in. The document appears on the website right away.

Which files you can upload

In the Upload mode, document files work: PDF, DOC and DOCX, XLS and XLSX, PPT and PPTX, text files and ZIP archives. Images aren’t accepted in this mode — you will see the message Incorrect file format. If the document exists only as a picture, save it as a PDF.

Where students see documents

A document link opens in a new tab.

Agreement level

The Agreement level field appears when the Show at registration switch is on. In the document list, a document shown at registration has an icon of a person with a check mark. When you hover over it, you see which agreement level is selected.
Checkboxes are shown only to new visitors: at registration by email or phone and at payment without signing in. A student who has already signed in sees only the document links at payment. Checkboxes aren’t shown when signing in via Telegram or Apple.

Editing and deleting

Click a document in the list to open it for editing. The document menu (the “⋯” icon) has two actions:
  • Edit — opens the same form with the current values;
  • Delete document — after you confirm Do you really want to delete the document?, the document is deleted, and you see the message The document has been deleted.
Edits and deletion are reflected right away in the footer, on the login page and at payment. You can’t restore a deleted document from the interface — add it again.
