The Home section shows totals for the school, and the table sections show individual records: every payment, every installment, every student. You can filter and sort the tables, and export the selected records to a file for accounting, a CRM or your own reports.

Where to find the tables

Payments, installments and subscriptions exist only in commercial schools: corporate schools have no Sales section.

Common table features

  • Search — the search bar in the table header.
  • Filters — a button in the header opens the filter panel.
  • Sorting — click a column header to sort by it.
  • Pagination — the page switcher at the bottom of the table.
  • Link to a selection — filters and sorting are saved in the page address. Copy the link so a colleague opens the same selection.

Payments

All invoices for the school’s courses (commercial schools only). At the top there is a type switcher: All, One-time, Subscriptions, Installments. Filters: Payment status, Course, Acquiring, Creation date, purchase UTM tags and Total amount. The Creation date filter selects invoices by their creation date, not by payment date. That is why the total of paid invoices in the table may not match the revenue on Home — learn more in How metrics are calculated.

Installments and subscriptions

Accesses bought in installments or by subscription (commercial schools only). You can expand a row to see the scheduled payments. Filters: activity (All, Active, Canceled), Current payment status, Course, Tariff, Completed payment date, Next payment date and Payment amount. Subscriptions also have the Billing interval filter. Learn more about installments in Installments.

Students

Students’ accesses to courses: progress, current lesson, curator, tariff (commercial schools only), enrollment date and access term. The table opens for all school courses, for one course or for one course launch. Filters: Participant status (In progress or Completed), Deadlines (Overdue only or Without overdue), Curator, Tariff, Course, Lesson, Enrollment date, Progress and Video — ranges in percent. How progress is calculated is explained in Student progress.

Users

All school accounts: contacts, registration date, registration type, number of courses. You can also open the Deleted school users list separately — you can export it too. Learn more about the user card in User card. In a company, the student and user tables also have a department filter — see Training reports.

How to export a table

1

Set up the selection

Set the filters and sorting so that the table shows only the records you need. The export follows the current filters and sorting.
2

Choose the format

Click the export button in the table header and choose the format: Export to .xlsx, Export to .csv or Export to JSON.
3

Wait for the file

The file is built in the background, and the button shows the progress. When the file is ready, it downloads automatically.
The file includes all records that match the filters, not only the current table page. Large selections take longer to build: the platform loads records in batches of 100.

What goes into the file

In the .xlsx format, some exports have extra sheets:
  • Billing Details — the payment schedule for each installment or subscription: payment number, date, status, amount, charge attempts used, cancellation date;
  • Course Progress — progress for each course inside a course bundle. The sheet appears in exports of students and group members if the selection contains bundles.
The .csv and JSON formats have no extra sheets.

Limits

  • One staff member can start no more than 60 exports per hour.
  • Permissions are checked while the file is being built. If the staff member has no permission for the table data, the export ends with an error.
  • If the export could not start, you see the Error initiating export message. If the file was not built, you see Error generating the file with the point at which the build stopped.
You can also run exports automatically through the school API. Learn more in API.

Frequently asked questions

The Creation date filter in the table selects invoices by creation date, while Home assigns a payment to its payment date. Also, Home subtracts refunds and counts only one currency. Learn more in How metrics are calculated.
No. The export follows the filters and sorting, but collects all matching records, not only the current page.
Open Sales → Payments (commercial schools only), choose Paid in the Payment status filter, set the month in the Creation date filter and click the export button. Keep in mind that the filter selects invoices by creation date.
Most often the staff member has no permission for this table’s data: permissions are checked while the file is being built. Check the permissions in My school → Team (in a corporate school — Company → Administrators) and start the export again. If there have been more than 60 starts in an hour, wait.
Export installments in the .xlsx format. The payment schedule is on a separate Billing Details sheet. The .csv and JSON formats do not have this sheet.
These columns appear only if the table is filtered by course. Choose a course in the Course filter or open the students from the course card, and start the export again.
No, the Home section has no export. Export the records you need from the table sections.
The browser downloads the file automatically when the build is complete. Look for it in your downloads folder. While the button shows progress, do not close or reload the tab.
