How to read the tables
You can see your current tariff, limits and usage in My school → Subscription and tariff. There you will also
find Full tariff comparison. Corporate mode has no Subscription and tariff section — your manager changes
the company’s tariff. When an action hits a limit, the window shows a Request a tariff upgrade button that
takes you to support.

Tariff limits
When an action hits a limit, the platform shows a window saying that the limit on the current tariff is used up
and offers to switch to a suitable tariff. If a feature is not included in the tariff, the message is different:
the feature is not available on the current tariff.

Sales and payments
This section works only in commercial mode.Student payments go through the school’s cash register directly to your account with the payment system. An
online school has no internal balance and no “Withdrawal of funds” or “Balance operations” sections — money is
withdrawn in the payment system’s account.

Frequently asked questions
Why don't I have a section that is described in the documentation?
Why don't I have a section that is described in the documentation?
Check three things. First, the school mode: sales are hidden in corporate mode, and the org structure is
hidden in commercial mode. Second, the tariff: open My school → Subscription and tariff and compare the
tariffs. Third, your permissions: if you are a staff member, the section appears only after the owner grants
you the required permission.
What happens if I hit a tariff limit?
What happens if I hit a tariff limit?
The platform won’t let you perform the action and shows a window saying that the limit is used up. Your data
is not deleted: courses, students and staff members stay in place. To continue, switch to a tariff with a
higher limit. For the “Total courses” limit, you can also archive a course you don’t need.
Can I switch to a lower tariff?
Can I switch to a lower tariff?
Yes, but only after the paid period ends. If your current usage exceeds the limits of the new tariff, its card
is marked “Unavailable”.
What happens when the school's demo period or subscription ends?
What happens when the school's demo period or subscription ends?
The school website closes for students: they see the message “The school website is inactive”. The owner and
staff members with the school settings permission are redirected to Subscription and tariff to renew the
subscription. After payment, access opens again.
How do I connect the knowledge base or my own domain?
How do I connect the knowledge base or my own domain?
Support connects both features. For a domain, click Your domain in the school settings. For the knowledge
base, write to support — after it is connected, the section appears in the menu.
How do I refund a student?
How do I refund a student?
There is no section for processing refunds yourself yet. Write to Exode support and specify the payment that
needs a refund.
Why can't I turn on gamification?
Why can't I turn on gamification?
Gamification depends on the tariff. If the course settings say “Gamification is disabled”, click
Enable gamification — a chat with support opens.
